AG Remains Guarded On Matters Regarding Missing Naipaul-Coolman Case File

Attorney General, Reginald Armour, is staying close to details revealed in a media release concerning the finding of the missing Vindra Naipaul-Coolman case file.

The release said lead Investigator Retired Justice Stanley John was on February 6th informed by Acting Solicitor General Karleen Seenath that the file in question was today handed over to her.

Retired Justice John said he had been immediately instructed the Solicitor General secured that file for collection by the Investigation Team; the re-appearance of this file forms part of this continuing investigation.

In the Senate on Tuesday, Opposition Senator, Wade Mark, questioned the Attorney General on who in his office handed the lost and found file top the Acting Solicitor General last evening.

However, the AG was guarded in his response.
