A heat wave advisory is issued for Grenada.
It comes from the Meteorology Office at the Maurice Bishop International Airport.
Grenadians are being warned to take the necessary precautionary measures to cope with the weather occurrence that is creating temperatures beyond 31.7 degrees Celsius.
The Met Office advised citizens some of the coping measures are avoiding closed spaces, drinking plenty of water to remain hydrated, dressing appropriately and taking care of the elderly and the very young.
