The Attorney General has announced that the Abolition of Preliminary Inquiries is set to take place on January 2nd 2022.
He made the announcement in Parliament today.
When the Standing Finance Committee of the House of Representatives began its examinations of the projected expenditure by the judiciary for fiscal 2022, the Attorney General announced about a proposed change to the local justice system that has been years in the making.
