During the period of public emergency, a medical practitioner or any of the following persons acting under the direction or supervision of a medical practitioner, may administer a 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) vaccine:
Nursing Personnel
A dentist
A Veterinary Surgeon
A Medical Intern
A Dental Intern
A Paramedic
A Pharmacist
