An early morning accident along the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, near Freeport, on Sunday has claimed the life 28-year-old Justin Ramdhan of Claxton Bay.
Ramdhan was heading north along the highway around 7am, when a rear tyre in his car blew out causing him to lose control.
He slammed into a utility pole and died at his scene.
Police are continuing with their investigations.
