A 19-year-old Tacarigua boy has gone missing.
Donnell Francis was last seen on Sunday, January 17th, at his home on Alexander Street, Dinsley, Tacarigua.
He is of African descent, slim built, dark brown in complexion, 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 155lbs, with short black hair and a short goatee.
