The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service says 17 persons were arrested for Breach of the Public Health Regulations.
It says two hundred and thirty-three persons were also issued Public Health Fixed Penalty Notices.
It gave a breakdown of figures on the two matters for the period Saturday 6am to Sunday 6am.
The TTPS says tickets were also issued for failing to wear face mask.
