Keith Sylvester, the owner of De Boss Ah Soup on Tragarete Road, was stabbed to death on Monday.
Around 10:30am, Sylvester was at a private residence on De Verteuil Street, Woodbrook, when he got into an argument with another man.
It is alleged the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed Sylvester several times, before escaping on foot.
