There are reports that the decomposing body of a woman was found in Morvant on Tuesday.
The body of 46-year-old Rhonda Berkeley was reportedly found inside her apartment at Munroe Road, Morvant, shortly before 7 p.m.
The woman’s landlord notified police after he got a foul stench coming from her apartment.
Berkeley’s fully decomposing body was discovered by officers on her bed with an air Aspiration on her face.
She lived in the apartment for approximately 30 years.
Investigations are ongoing.
