A Gasparillo woman has been found dead under a house near the Claxton Bay cemetery.
According to Police, the victim identified as Leela Ramsubhag could have been beaten on the head and raped.
The body was moved to the Forensic Science Centre where an autopsy has been ordered to confirm the cause of death as investigation continue.
