WASA Issues Notice Of Supply Disruption To Parts Of South West Trinidad

A mechanical issue affecting the operations at Clarke Road Wells # 7 & 8, Penal is cited for the customers in parts of South West Trinidad currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe-borne water supply.

WASA says emergency repairs are currently on-going and are expected to be completed by Wednesday at 8:00 p.m.

Affected areas include: Upper Clarke Road inclusive of Old Clarke Road Trace, Maraj Avenue, Hyder Trace, Lower Clarke Road inclusive of Wilson Road and Digity Trace, Arjoon Trace, Wilson Branch Trace.

Customers are further advised that following the completion of these works, it may take up to seventy-two hours for the supply to normalize to some affected areas.

A limited truck-borne service will be available upon request.

This can be requested through the following self-service options:

Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store; or use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
