Voluntary Recall Of One Lot of Bleomycin for Injection

There is a voluntary recall of One Lot of Bleomycin for Injection, USP 15 Units Single Dose ONCO-TAIN™ Glass Fliptop Vial.

The recall was done by the Ministry of Health via its Drug Inspectorate Division.

It was initiated due to a confirmed customer report for the presence of glass particulate within a single vial.

The Ministry advises persons who may be in possession of the recalled products with the listed lot numbers and expiration dates, to discontinue use immediately and to return the product to the place of purchase where possible.
