One man has been arrested following the discovery of a firearm and ammunition at his home during an exercise today, Friday 1st November, in the PoS district.
Officers of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) acting on intelligence, obtained a search warrant, which they executed at a house in St. Clair.
There, they found and seized the pistol loaded with ammunition. The suspect remains in police custody.
