UNC Wants Update On Progress Of Plans For WASA

The Opposition calls for an update from the government on plans and policies for the Water and Sewage Authority made in the public domain in the past to help improve the utility in several areas.

It’s an appeal coming from Opposition Member of Parliament for Princes Town, Barry Padarath, during a news briefing held by the UNC Tuesday.

At the briefing it was revealed by several speakers of the hardship experienced by businesses, schools and persons in communities in South and Central Trinidad following electrical challenges which developed at the Desalcott plant over the weekend.
