Two men shot dead on Temple Street, Arima

Myron Beckles, 26, and Kyon Lewis, 27, were shot dead on Temple Street, Arima on Monday evening.

According to reports, both men we’re liming along the roadway with a group of friends at about 11.00 pm a black SUV pulled up alongside them.

Four masked men exited, dressed in what appeared to be police tactical gear, and opened fire on the group.

Beckles and Lewis, along with an 18-year-old, were hit.

The suspects then fled the scene.

The injured men were rushed to the Arima Hospital however, Beckles and Lewis succumbed to their wounds.
