MovieTowne owner Derek Chin has assured that all COVID-19 protocols are strictly being adhered-to inside all of the businesses on his compound.
His comment follows a series of comments and videos released to social media this past weekend, surrounding scores of young people liming at Movietowne and in most instances without masks.
Chin said the police were there for about three hours on the night in question and reported no disturbances.
He said the people outside were encouraged to keep moving and all COVID-19 protocols were strictly adhered to.
Besides limited masks in sight, the videos showed that there was also no social distancing.
