An 18-year-old teenager is today warded in a critical condition at hospital after being shot several times on Monday.
Reports indicate that Jerron De Verteuil of Point Fortin was on his way to visit a female friend in Port-of-Spain when he was shot along Duncan Street around 3:00p.m. He had recently left a friend’s house on upper Duncan Street. He was taken to the hospital by an off-duty police officer.
Investigations are continuing.
