A 28-year-old mother is today hoping an autopsy would reveal what caused the death of her 10-month-old baby boy.
The mother reportedly fed her son a bottle of milk around 1:00am on Tuesday. She then put him to sleep. When she awoke later that morning around 7:00 she found the baby unresponsive. She quickly contacted the Emergency Health Services (EHS) who confirmed that he was dead.
Crime Scene Investigators visited the mother’s home in Ste Madeleine but found no marks of violence on the baby boy’s body. An autopsy will completed today to determine the baby’s death.
