Heaven Charles, better known in the calypso fraternity as Snakey, has copped the Young King 2023 title.
The competition was held on Tuesday night at the Grand Stand of the Queen’s Park Savannah.
Snakey outperformed the field of 7 with his nation building song ‘What Yuh Need Again Trinbago’.
Second place went to Duane Ta’zyah O’connor with ‘Sing Hallelujah’ while Nicholas Lucas captured 3rd with ‘Since Dr Williams.
