A man identified as Aziz Diaz was shot dead in Santa Cruz this morning.
Diaz, of Cantaro Village in Santa Cruz, was reportedly walking along the roadway in the vicinity of the Pan Jammers Pan Yard around 12:05 am when loud explosions rang out.
Residents called the police, who found Diaz lying on the ground in a pool of blood.
Investigations are ongoing.
