A San Fernando man died on the way to hospital, after he was shot during an incident at his Cocoyea Village, San Fernando home on Thursday.
Shortly before noon, Besham Pysadee was sitting in his wagon at Nairn Avenue, off Scotland Drive, when an assailant fired several shots at him.
His wife heard the explosions and found him slumped on the passenger seat.
On her way to the San Fernando General Hospital with her husband, she flagged down a police vehicle that escorted her to the hospital.
However, Pysadee died along the way.
Investigations are underway.
