Police are presently on the scene of a double homicide where two women were killed in Westmoorings on Tuesday morning.
This incident happened at Riverside Drive, Glencoe.
The deceased have been identified as Calida Schamber 43 and her mother Carmilita DeLeon 66.
According to reports around 11am a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force entered the house and shot Schamber & DeLeon. Both women died at the scene.
The Defence Force personnel was charged last December and granted bail for Breach of Protection Order and Assaulting Schamber. Schamber who is the mother of his children had a protection order against him.
Police are presently on the scene.
