“No favours were granted for my daughter to return home for Christmas.”
So said Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley,during today’s news briefing at the Diplomatic Center, St Ann’s.
He says his daughter who was been in the US State of New York throughout the COVID-19 pandemic got no favors to reenter Trinidad and Tobago.
Dr Rowley gave the update while responding to the first question posed to him at a news briefing held at the Diplomatic Center, St Ann’s this afternoon.
Dr Rowley said he has been bracing himself for criticism on the issue.
Meanwhile, National Security Minister, Stuart Young, said at no time was he approached by Dr Rowley on this matter.
