Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley is denouncing all those who predicted economic destruction for T&T.
Speaking at this morning’s Spotlight on the Economy, he defended the Government’s handling of the economic situation throughout the COVID pandemic.
Addressing those gathered, Dr Rowley said while many critics forecasted the country’s economic demise, the health of the economy proves otherwise.
Dr Rowley added that despite what critics had to say, it was important to stay the course
Pointing to the decline in educational results, he noted that moves are also being made to address the impact of COVID on the youth of the country.
