Drugs with an estimated street value of $21,373,440 was found in the Mayaro area on Wednesday.
Police are now probing the discovery of the quantity of cocaine along the Mayaro coast.
Officers of the Mayaro CID were called to the BP compound on Isthmus Road, Guayaguayare, and met with staff at the compound who led them to the coast where they found 36 packets of cocaine.
Police confiscated the drugs and found they had a combined weight of 46 kilograms.
