The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of South West Trinidad that there would be an interruption in their pipe borne water supply on Thursday December 19th, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
This has become necessary to facilitate emergency repair to a leaking 30 inch diameter transmission pipeline at the Compere River Crossing, Mosquito Creek.
Areas to be affected include:
- Otaheite
- St. Mary’s Village
- Quarry Village
- Harris Village
- Mon Desir
- Avocat
- Dow Village
- Pepper Village
- Aripero
- Delhi Road
- Rousillac
- Fyzabad – Guapo Road
- Grants Trace
- Siparia Old Road
- Sobo
- Chinese Village
Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some
affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules.
