A young man drowned at the Argyle Waterfall in Tobago on Tuesday.
Justin Arthur, the nephew of Teresa Arthur-Adams, who was killed in an accident with her husband, drowned at Argyle.
Justin, of England, was visiting Tobago to attend his aunt and her husband, Christian Adam’s joint funeral service.
