MSJ Calls On CARICOM Heads To Urgently Implement Decisions Already Taken

One political party is calling for CARICOM Heads of Government, currently meeting to mark the 50th anniversary of the grouping, to commit to urgent implementation of decisions already taken.

The Movement for Social Justice says if this does not happen then the region’s people will become increasingly disillusioned.

It warns this will not bode well for our future especially since many are already cynical about the political culture and governance shortcomings in their respective countries.

The MSJ is suggesting matters relating Haiti, Cuba and Venezuela be discussed among the regional leaders.
