Tobago police are investigating the murder of a 52-year-old Mount St George man.
The deceased, identified as Winfield McKain, was murdered at his home on Friday afternoon.
Police were notified around 2pm that McKain’s body was found at his house at #1 Village Street, Mount St George by a relative.
McKain was said to be a labourer with the THA Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development’s (DIQUD) Unemployment Relief Programme (URP).
The body was viewed by the district medical officer and ordered removed to the Scarborough Mortuary. Investigations are ongoing.
