Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith says those involved in the kidnapping and murder of Andrea Bharatt were part of a group of people who have committed similar crimes.
Commissioner Griffith made the revelation tonight on Beyond The Tape on Wednesday 17 February.
He said his team of officers were able to shut down an organisation that would mark young women, tie them up, take turns performing sexual acts, throw them in bushy areas and leave them for dead.
Commissioner Griffith termed the persons involved in these organized crimes as ‘Monsters.’
