A senior official at the Ministry of Health is accused of sexual misconduct and the staff are reportedly demanding that he face disciplinary charges.
Employees at the Ministry are calling for action to be taken against the man following an incident involving a junior at the ministry.
The incident allegedly took place in the official’s office at the ministry’s new Port-of-Spain headquarters.
The official was sent on leave last week, but has since returned, raising concerns.
