Man shot at after leaving Morvant Police station

A Morvant man was shot at shortly after signing in at a police station yesterday afternoon.

Around 3pm, the man rode a bicycle to the Morvant Police Station to sign in as part of bail conditions for an offence.

After leaving the station, he rode onto Morvant Avenue where he was chatting on the roadside with some friend.

Two gunmen got out of a nearby car and shot at the group, who scattered.

No one was wounded in the attack.

Officers from the Morvant Police Station and North Eastern Division Task Force visited the area but did not find any of the gunmen.
