The Government is doing a lot but there is always s room for improvement.
This is according to Inter – American Development Bank Groups Executive Director for the Caribbean Robert Le Hunte who was commenting on trade and trade promotions between Trinidad and Tobago and other countries particularly Africa.
Speaking on Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show this morning, he that the Government cannot do everything on its own, the private sector must get involved for trade to flourish.
He noted that the population on the African continent makes it ripe for investment connections.
He said that Africa is looking for partnerships.
He noted that it has raw materials and Trinidad and Tobago is known for their ability to turn raw material into finished products.
