Confirmation of this comes from Leader of the Government Business in the Senate, Clarence Rambharat on Tuesday June 22nd.
The Leader of Government Business was at the time answering a question on behalf of the Minister of Energy and Energy Industries.
Several supplemental questions of the subject were asked by Opposition Senator, Wade Mark, but they were not granted by the
Senate President.
