Julian Celestine, the brother-in-law of THA Secretary Tracy Davidson-Celestine, has found himself in some hot water with the National Commission for Self Help Limited.
The nature of the matter has not been yet revealed, but Celestine, a project officer assigned to the Commission, has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of charges laid against him by the Commission, which is headquartered in Trinidad.
The commission’s chief executive officer Elroy Julien revealed to media that the commission has charged Celestine with certain matters and saying anything further may compromise the investigation.
Celestine will appear before a “disciplinary tribunal early next month.
