An argument between a woman’s ex-boyfriend and current boyfriend led to a stabbing incident in Chaguanas.
Reports indicate that around 2:10p.m on Wednesday, the 25-year-old victim was walking with his girlfriend when the woman’s ex-lover and his friend approached the couple. The current boyfriend was attacked and stabbed several times in the back by the two men who then ran away. One of the attackers was arrested by police. The incident took place along the Chaguanas Main Road near Adam’s Bazaar.
The victim was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he was treated for his injuries.
