Two men were shot and killed by police during an alleged confrontation along Mt D’or Road, Champs Fleurs, on Thursday morning.
The men, identified as Andrew Cabell and Jerome Charles, were reportedly wanted for questioning in relation to a murder that occurred in the area.
When officers arrived at the location to speak to the men, the officers were allegedly greeted by a hail of gunshots.
However, the policemen retaliated, shooting both men.
Cabell and Charles were taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex (EWMSC) where they were pronounced dead on arrival.
