The United States Open champion, American teenager, Coco Gauff, defended her Auckland Classic title coming from a set down to defeat Elina Svitolina of Ukraine on Sunday.
19 year old Gauff won the game 6-7 (4-7) 6-3 6-3.
In semi-finals action Gauff won against fellow American Emma Navarro 6-3 6-1.
It was her seventh win in eight career WTA singles finals to date.
She has won 29 of her past 33 singles matches.
