The body of a man was found in a drain at Federation Park on Thursday.
Reports state that a group of workers from the Port of Spain City Corporation were cutting grass at 7.40 am at Jamaica Boulevard, Federation Park when they found the body of the man of African descent.
He was dark in complexion and seemed to be in his mid-50s.
He was said to have been hunched over with his face in the drain and pants halfway down.
There were no visible marks of violence.
The body is yet to be identified.
Officers from the St Clair Police Station are continuing their investigation.
