A man who was well known to police for being a “pest,” was shot and killed in Chaguanas on Wednesday night.
Melvin Phillip aka “big boy” was gunned down at Tobago Road Ext. Enterprise Chaguanas shortly before 9pm.
In August 2014, his twin brother Marlon Phillip aka “Small Boy” was also gunned down at Tobago Road Extension in Enterprise.
