Barbados Prime Minister Urges World Leaders To Make Good On Promise To Protect The Enivronment

Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley, is urging world leaders to deliver on promises made when it comes to protection of the environment.

Speaking at the COP27 summit in Egypt today, Prime Minister Mottley said political will must be shown to make progress on this subject.

Prime Minister Mottley recalled the devastation experienced in various parts of the world in terms of flooding, heat wave and tropical storms.

The Barbadian leader said the time has come for meaningful change on this subject.
