PEP Head Phillip Alexander says that he cannot allow the People’s National Movement to destroy the country.
As such he has decided to join forces with the UNC to stop this from happening.
The Head of the People’s Empowerment Party told the Power Breakfast Show this morning that he has no other choice to prevent the continued reign of the PNM but to work closely with the United National Congress because he has to do what it takes.
He insisted that he’s only interested in a better Trinidad and Tobago and that’s why he’s willing to work with the United National Congress to unseat the PNM, insisting that.
He stated that the UNC is ecstatic that he made the decision to get back into politics and to help them win the next general elections.
He said the Party Leader could not have been happier to have him on board.
He also revaled that he would not utter words against Gary Griffith and the NTA because Kamla Persad Bissessar asked for a cease fire.
