The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago is notifying the public that it will shortly be lifting its moratorium on the Authorization of FM Radio Stations.
The Authority now has one FM Radio Frequency (station) available for allocation and will shortly be commencing an authorisation process (RFP) so that interested parties may apply.
In a media release TATT says the industry may recall that in 2011, the Authority put the moratorium in place due to the unavailability of FM Radio Frequencies.
