KISSHUR, of Philippines, San Fernando, was last seen at 10:35 pm on March 27th, 2024, and was reported missing to the San Fernando Police Station on the same date.
He is of East Indian descent, five feet, eight inches tall, with a low haircut and is clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing a T-shirt, a pair of black long pants and a pair of brown safety boots.
