Brandon Harry 23, also known as ‘Rambo’ has been charged after instructions from the DPP with the murder of 24 year old Justine Davis.
She was shot dead on July 14th at her home in L’anse Mitan, Carenage. She was a well known makeup artist.
Reports to police were that that five men stormed Davis’s home looking for her boyfriend. Many shots were fired, and Davis was killed at the scene.
Police were also told that the original target of the gunmen, Davis’s boyfriend, was injured in the attack but survived.
On Thursday, one of the suspects, Brandon Harry was arrested and charged at his home, at Upper L’Anse Mitan Road. He faces additional charges of possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, and wounding with intent.
The charges were laid by Sgt Roger Reyes, while investigations were supervised by Insp. Glenn Persad, with assistance from W/Sgt Bacchus and Sgt Ashley Mongroo.
