A head-on collision along the Solomon Hochoy Highway extension to Point Fortin on Friday night has claimed the life of two people.
The accident occurred shortly before midnight along the La Brea to Point Fortin segment of the highway which officially opened this morning.
Two other people were rushed to hospital and are said to be in critical condition.
