The 19-year-old American, Coco Gauff, is into the Australian Open women singles quarter-finals.
She secured a place in the last eight following a 6-1, 6-2 win against Poland’s Magdalena Frech.
Gauff will play Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk in her next match.
Defending champion, Aryna Sabalenka , continued her impressive form with victory over Amanda Anisimova 6-3 6-2.
She will now take on ninth seed Barbora Krejcikova, who defeated Mirra Andreeva 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
