The Health Ministry has recorded 28 additional deaths and 592 new positive COVID-19 cases.
The deaths included 13 elderly males, 8 elderly females, 5 middle aged males, 1 middle aged female and 1 male child.
This has brought the total number of Covid related deaths to 1,947,.
In it’s 4pm update on Saturday, the MOH also revealed that 67 people have been discharged from hospital and there have been 182 recovered community cases.
