West Indies won the first T20 by four runs two weeks ago at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.
The win for the Caribbean team continued in the second T20 by two wickets at the National Cricket Stadium in Guyana.
The visitors won the third T20I by seven wickets.
