Renovation works are to begin at the Port of Spain Water Taxi Terminal on Wednesday, 5th July, and as such, the building will be closed for a week until Wednesday, 12th July.
NIDCO issued the advisory on the Water Taxi Service (WTS) on Tuesday and said that passengers should use the San Fernando WTS terminal to purchase tickets.
Limited tickets sales will be accommodated aboard the vessels in Port-of-Spain for same day travel only.
The WTS assured that the closure of the terminal won’t impact the regular Water Taxi sailing schedule.
It assured that efforts are being made to restore regular terminal operations in the shortest possible time.
